Terms and conditions for 10 punch pass

I understand that this is a 1 time purchase for a 10 class punch pass to be used within 6 months of purchase

I understand I must send the email from a valid email address to have my account adjusted for any reason, and CANNOT use the contact page on the website. This ensures both a send and receipt copy of the email notification.

I agree that no exceptions will be made to this policy for any reason, including but not limited to: moving, financial situations, injuries, or anything else not explicitly mentioned here. And by "no exceptions", I understand that "no exceptions" means even if I think this policy should apply differently to myself and my situation, BadAsh Athletics cannot make an exception for anyone lest BadAsh Athletics makes an exception for everyone.

I understand this is a simple, but strict, cancellation policy.

Conditions of BadAsh Athletics Membership:

1) 10 class punch pass

2) All Release of Liability Participant waivers must be signed before participating in physical activity at BadAsh Athletics.

3) The BadAsh Athletics Small Group membership cannot be transferred to another person.

4) Any medical conditions and issues must be disclosed to BadAsh Athletics before starting any training.

5) If you miss your classes and are unable to make them up within the month - you may float them into the next month (this is only good for ONE month - they will not carry over a second month).

6) All sales are final and non-refundable.
